Oddly enough, I see at least 2-3 of them on my daily commute, sometimes more. Can’t say I’ve ever seen anyone with the roof open though.

I’ve seen a few around my city, but this is the first time in years that I’ve seen one with the roof open. And definitely the only time that I’ve seen one with the roof open and they weren’t just moving a large object that required the roof to be open. This guy was just enjoying a nice spring day in PA with his windows down and roof retracted.

I remember thinking it was a really cool idea when I first saw the commercials for them. Then I saw one in person and the proportions of the roof just killed it for me. U.g.l.y.

It’s the perfect vehicle for all of those times you have to buy a new refrigerator but you’re too cheap to pay for delivery. That’s about it.

Honestly, I’m always in favor of more vehicles with retractable roofs. They should make a modern, less terrible looking version of this.

He must have just dropped off the grandfather clock and forgot to close the roof.
